STACY BELL, RPh
Director of Pharmacy
Stacy is our founding pharmacist, launching operations in 2001 with the primary goal of establishing flawless collaboration between his team and the customers they serve. His experience spans 40+ years, including 11 years as LTC consultant pharmacist leading up to the foundation of Rockhill. Stacy is a member of the MPA and ASCP.
CARRIE BRIGHT
Director of Operations
Carrie is the most versatile member of our team, leading and partnering with both customers and vendors regarding all aspects of strategic planning, human resources, finance, and facility management. Joining the team in 2010, Carrie has significant experience with facilities who care for residents with a chronic mental illness.
AARON LAMBKIN, PharmD
LTC Pharmacist
Aaron excels at serving all patients and customers in their well-being journey by advancing clinical accuracy of drug management, including interactions and proper usage. As LTC pharmacist, overseeing pharmaceuticals since 2015, Aaron appreciates working with caretakers who are inquisitive, proactive, and open about concerns.

Michelle’s servant leadership in our setting is evidenced in her personal contribution toward and embodiment of superior technician development results. Her 40+ years as LTC pharmacist is capped with remarkable expertise in Clozapine management, upholding high standards for accuracy, and empathetic resolution of issues.
RACHEL WAMBACH, PharmD

Rachel is remarkable in her pragmatism and focus as she spurs diligent pacing to efficiently and effectively serve all customers. Joining our team as LTC pharmacist in 2021, Rachel’s undeterred tempo and attention to problem-solving is motivated by an appreciation that our partners are caregivers who take pride in their caretaking.

Dallin stands out in his role as LTC pharmacist, capably distilling complex drug education into straightforward, practicable guidance as he serves LTC residents with an attentive, proactive, and empathetic approach. Dallin has achieved supplementary certifications in Medication Therapy Management Services and Diabetic Care.

Rachelle is our expert in navigating successful outcomes for customers. With 25+ years of industry experience, including 20+ years with medical records and insurance reconciliation, she also serves as lead certification instructor. Rachelle looks forward to welcoming you to the pharmacy family. She strives to make life better.
SHIRLEY THOMAS
Accounting Manager
Shirley shines her finance expertise across both thriving business units at Rockhill as the principal manager over all accounting functions. Her eye for detail and excellent organization have long made her a customer favorite. Shirley brought her accounting expertise to our team in 2004, evolving into the dual leadership role in 2018.

Jamilett is recognizable as the cheerful, hardworking pulse of our efficient team of pharmacy technicians who steers daily, on-demand, and urgent output for our customers. Jamilett thrives in pursuit of 100% timeliness, embracing her team with the warmth of family, and resolving unexpected situations immediately. She’s already on it.

Tabatha steadily draws from her 25+ years of billing expertise to excel in skillfully and reliably assisting our partners with all matters related to accounts receivable. Her productivity mindset is inherent, assuredly wearing whichever hat becomes necessary from minute to minute, multitasking your queries to beneficial resolution.
