Our convenient, state-of-the-art texting app enables secure texting of pictures of doctor’s orders to initiate a new medication order (in lieu of fax) through any mobile phone with a cellular network connection. In addition, you’ll have the ability to securely message pharmacy staff during our regular hours of operation.
On your end: No apps to download. No software to acquire. No logins to manage. No fees or subscriptions. No images stored to your phone’s gallery.
How it works: Simply click on the submit doctor’s orders buttons and/or navigation links found on this website, then enter your name and mobile number in the provided fields. Our automated system will instantly text your phone a secure link to our HIPAA-compliant portal.
Click that secure link. You’re in. And you’re texting.
Now capture a clear image of any doctor’s orders with the texting app’s built-in camera feature. If your image is obtained in that manner, it will not be stored on your device in any photo gallery, further protecting the patient’s protected health information (PHI).
Our team will respond to all messages and images conveyed through our texting app during our regular hours of operation.
